Welcome to a family campsite in the Basque Country
Our campsite in Saint-Jean-de-Luz opens its doors to you from March 27 to November 1ᵉʳ 2026 for a relaxing vacation. At the Itsas Mendi family campsite, every detail counts to ensure you make the most of your stay in the Basque Country. A warm welcome, well-kept facilities, a grocery store, a restaurant serving Basque specialities, play areas, a wellness area on the Basque coast…
Here, everything is designed to simplify your life and allow you to focus on what’s most important: spending quality time with family and friends. Our team, available and attentive, speaks French, English and Spanish to accompany each and every one of our guests throughout their stay.

Reception
The reception of the family campsite in Saint-Jean-de-Luz welcomes you 7 days a week. In high season, the doors are open every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; in low season, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and until 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Need advice on an outing, information on events or a sauna reservation? Our team is here to help. A tourist information point is also available in July and August to help you plan your discoveries of the Basque Country. On arrival, you’ll be given a wristband and a map of the campsite.

Our washrooms
For a family campsite in the Basque Country worthy of the name, comfort is also about the little details. Our two sanitary blocks are heated and meticulously maintained, are accessible to people with reduced mobility and are equipped with baby areas. Each block has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and an ironing board and iron are available on loan.
Hotel service
For your accommodation, a number of extra rentals are available at reception: linen and towel kits (included in the Grand Confort and Premium ranges), baby kit rentals, 44-liter mini-refrigerator and electrical adapters. A safe is also available. Motorhome service area. Motorhome owners will appreciate theemptying area available on arrival.
Security
The entrance to the campsite is secured by an automatic barrier, and a janitor watches over the site. Late arrivals are welcome until 10 p.m., and an emergency number is provided on arrival.

Take advantage of free wifi throughout the campsite to stay connected during your vacation!
TV room
We have a TV room open until 11pm.
Washing machines and dryers are available on the campsite.
Bed linen and towels, not supplied in mobile homes (except in Grand Confort and Premium categories), can be rented from reception.

To get around during your stay in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, think of the beach buses! At the entrance to our campsite, the Txik Txak network will give you access to the beaches of Cenitz, Mayarco and Lafitenia, as well as allowing you to explore the center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the surrounding towns.
