Your nature getaway in the Basque Country starts here! At our Saint-Jean-de-Luz campsite, Itsas Mendi boasts 9 hectares of wooded, undulating grounds to welcome outdoor enthusiasts. Would you like to pitch your tent under the trees, park your caravan on a sunny pitch or park your motorhome a stone’s throw from the ocean?
Our pitches (approx. 80 m²), all equipped with a 10 A electrical connection, can accommodate up to 6 people. Sunny or shady, depending on your preference, they offer the ideal setting for a vacation between the sea and the mountains, just 400 m from the beaches. Caravan site rental in Saint-Jean-Luz
Renting a tent or caravan site at Camping Itsas Mendi gives you the freedom to create your own little corner of paradise in the heart of the Basque Country. Set up your equipment as you wish, enjoying the shade of the trees and the calm of a green, undulating estate. You can park your vehicle directly on the site: a parking space is provided next to each plot. For additional vehicles, the free Txik Txak park-and-ride facility is close to the campsite.
Good to know: remember to bring a European plug and a minimum 20-meter extension cord for optimum connection. An adapter can be rented from reception (€0.50/night, deposit €20).
Need a 44-liter mini-refrigerator? It’s available for hire at €9/day (deposit €50, subject to availability).
Special low and mid-season offers: 2-month package at €563 (from 03/27 to 05/30/2026 or from 05/01 to 06/30 and from 08/29 to 01/11/2026), 3-month package at €829 (from 03/27 to 06/30/2026). Dynamic pricing: rates are subject to change during the season, either upwards or downwards. Stays are billed on the basis of the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability. Tourist tax: €0.86/day/person (over 18).
Arrival on site from 2 pm, departure until 12 am.
Drainage area for motor homes
Motorhome owners are welcome at Camping Itsas Mendi! An oil change area is available for easy vehicle maintenance. Vehicles are allowed on the campsite from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The entrance to the campsite is secured by an automatic gate, which remains open until midnight.
Additional rental equipment
For a comfortable stay on your pitch, several facilities are available for hire at reception:
Electrical adapter: €0.50/night (€20 deposit). 44-liter mini-refrigerator: €9/day (€50 deposit, subject to availability).
Sheets and towels kit : single 80cm bed kit €16, single 140cm bed kit €19, full 80cm bed kit €23, full 140cm bed kit €29. Baby kit: €30 per week, €4.50 per day per kit or €2 per day per item.
Table tennis rackets and boules are available free of charge. A safe is also available.
High-quality washrooms with PRM access and baby area
The Itsas Mendi campsite has four heated sanitary blocks, spread throughout the grounds and accessible from all pitches.
Each block is meticulously maintained and equipped with showers, toilets and cabins adapted for people with reduced mobility. Parents with young children will appreciate the dedicated baby areas . Full laundry facilities are also available in each sanitary block, with washing machines and tumble dryers.
An ironing board and iron are available on loan from the sanitary facilities. So you can travel light and make the most of your pitch rental in the Basque Country!
