Our 4 sanitary blocks (2 of which are heated in the off-season) are equipped with PMR sanitary facilities, baby shower cubicles/children’s WCs, motorhome discharge area, washing machines (extra charge) and tumble dryers (extra charge).

Water points are located close to the pitches, usually at the end of the aisles. There’s also an area for filling camper and caravan tanks.

Campers are asked to bring a European plug or adapter.
Possibility of renting on site: €0.50/night. (A €20 deposit is required).

Yes, all pitches have access to electricity (10 A). For greater convenience, we recommend you bring an extension cord.

All our mobile homes are equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs or benches and 2 deckchairs).
Alcyons, Mayarco, Marinela, Alcyons Confort and Uhabia-Handi Confort mobile homes are equipped with a sunshade, while the terrace is uncovered.
The mobile homes Belharra Premium, Belharra Grand Confort, Belharra, Parlementia Premium, Parlementia Grand Confort, Parlementia, Lafitenia Grand Confort, Lafitenia, Socoa Grand Confort, Loya Grand Confort and Loya have a semi-covered wooden terrace for shade, so they don’t have parasols.

The mobile homes Belharra Premium, Belharra Grand Confort, Belharra, Parlementia Premium, Parlementia Grand Confort, Parlementia, Lafitenia Grand Confort, Lafitenia, Socoa Grand Confort, Loya Grand Confort and Loya are equipped with a semi-covered wooden terrace.
Uhabia-Handi Confort, Alcyons Confort, Marinela, Mayarco and Alcyons mobile homes feature uncovered wooden decks.

In July and August, the second vehicle is extra: Subject to availability.
We have parking spaces on the campsite but they are not necessarily close to the pitch.
Belharra Premium, Belharra Grand Confort and Belharra Confort mobile homes for 6 people with 3 bedrooms can accommodate 2 vehicles (the 2 spaces are not necessarily close to the pitch).

End-of-stay cleaning is included in our Premium rentals: Belharra Premium and Parlementia Premium.
For other rentals, the rental must be cleaned by you on departure.
We offer a cleaning package supplement of €75 for 1-bedroom mobile homes, €85 for 2-bedroom mobile homes and €120 for 3-bedroom mobile homes, to be booked before departure and subject to availability.
A deposit will be requested by e-mail before the start of your stay. This must be paid online via our partner SWIKLY’s platform.

The mobile homes are not equipped with air conditioning. We’re in a region that doesn’t get very hot (apart from exceptional heatwaves), so we enjoy the ocean air.

Linen and towels are included in Premium and Grand Confort rentals.
For other rentals, bed linen and towels are not provided.

– Complete 80-bed kit (2 sheets + 2 pillowcases + 1 bath sheet + 1 towel): €23

Our accommodations are all equipped with crockery and cutlery, and pillows and blankets are provided, subject to the number of beds.
Remember to bring your own sheets (140 cm double bed and 80 cm single bed) and towels, which are not provided in the Comfort and Classic ranges. You can also rent them on site.

Pets are strictly forbidden in mobile homes.
They are allowed on camping pitches, on a leash. They must be kept in company at all times and must not be abandoned by their owners under any circumstances. Pet owners are required to produce a vaccination certificate and pay a daily fee.

Late arrivals are only permitted up to a maximum of 10:00 pm. Please inform us on the day of your arrival. If you have friends or relatives staying at the campsite, we can give them the keys for you.

-Arrivals are from 4pm to 8pm. Until 9pm on Friday evenings.

There’s no minimum age or height, just the ability to swim.

Yes, the restaurant, bar and swimming pools are open throughout the campsite’s opening hours.
The aquatic area is open from 10am to 8pm every day.
The heated indoor pool is open for the duration of the campsite’s opening hours, and the outdoor aquatic area with waterslides is also open for the duration of the campsite’s opening hours, depending on weather conditions.

A communal barbecue area is freely available.
Only gas or charcoal barbecues are permitted on the pitches, taking care not to disturb nearby pitches. Electric barbecues or planchas are not permitted.

Yes, there is a laundry room in the washrooms with washing machines and tumble dryers for your use.

No, unaccompanied minors are strictly forbidden.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

They are required to pay the visitor tax, which gives them access to the campsite and its facilities.

No, swimming shorts and Bermuda shorts are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
Bathing suits are MANDATORY in all aquatic areas.
For reasons of hygiene and safety, only clothing suitable exclusively for swimming, tight-fitting and short, is accepted: one- or two-piece swimsuits, swimming briefs or swimming shorts.

No, the aquatic areas are reserved for the exclusive use of campsite guests.
They are required to wear a wristband for quick identification, thus ensuring the comfort and safety of all.

Once you have left your vacation rental or pitch, we ask you to refrain from parking in the campsite.

To respect the rest of all travelers, the gates securing the entrance to our campsite close at midnight in the evening and reopen at 7am the following morning. It is possible to leave the site 24 hours a day in case of emergency.

You’ll find all amenities right on site. However, if you want to get around our campsite, the Txik Txak bus network is the best choice.

From the A63 freeway, take exit no. 3 “Saint-Jean-de-Luz Nord”. Take the RD 810 towards Biarritz/Bayonne. Drive for 3 km, and at the traffic circle, take the second exit (Acotz – Campings-Plages).
If you wish to arrive by train, the nearest station is Guethary (2.3 km) and Saint-Jean-de-Luz/Ciboure (5 km). Bayonne and Biarritz stations are 17 km and 9 km away respectively.

You can enter our campsite with your vehicle. A system for reading your license plate is in place at the entrance gates.

July/August: To ensure a smooth transition between your stay and that of the next holidaymakers, we do not allow late check-outs or late check-outs during the high season, either for rental accommodation or for pitches.
Off-season: Late check-out possible in low season by prior arrangement with reception and subject to availability.

To welcome you in the best conditions, arrivals in mobile homes are possible from 4pm. On the last day, you’ll have until 10 a.m. to return the keys to your rental.
For pitches, arrivals are possible from 2pm. You must vacate your pitch by 12 noon on the day of your departure.

Our team will welcome you for the formalities of your stay and explain the organization and activities at our campsite.
If it has not already been sent, your license plate will be requested to complete your reservation file.

You can change the dates or number of participants in your stay free of charge up to 20 days before arrival.
Camping Itsas Mendi applies dynamic pricing. Our rates are subject to change during the season, either upwards or downwards, depending on economic and commercial conditions.
These price variations are not retroactive. No refund of the price difference will be made. Stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of booking, subject to availability.

The taxe de séjour is a tax paid and set by the commune. In 2026, the amount is €0.86 per day per adult (aged 18 and over).

Reservations are by name only. Each family can make a reservation on our website and add the name of a shared group as a comment.
Whenever possible, we’ll try to get you close, but we can’t guarantee it, as it depends on availability.
Are babies and children counted in the number of people for accommodation?

Yes, the maximum capacity shown for our rentals and pitches includes all participants in the stay, including children and babies.

The number of guests may not exceed the accommodation’s capacity (including babies).
The campsite is designed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people and one car.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Your reservation can be cancelled upon presentation of proof.
For cancellations made at least 20 days before the arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded minus a €45 charge (€20 booking fee + €25 cancellation fee).
For cancellations made between 19 and 10 days before the arrival date, 50% of the cost of the stay will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 10 days before the arrival date, the amount of the stay will be forfeited.

Yes, in low season and subject to availability.
In July and August, your stay in a mobile home must last at least 7 days. Arrivals/departures are on Saturdays, Sundays or Wednesdays.
For camping pitches, you can arrive on the day of your choice.

You can make your request in the comments when booking (N°, close to playgrounds, indoor pool, beach). We can’t guarantee it, but we’ll do our best to meet your expectations, subject to availability.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay will be required within 10 days of booking.
Reservations must be paid at least 20 days before the arrival date, otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled.

If you have a credit note following a cancellation, here are the steps to follow to redeem the voucher at the time of booking on the website.
– Book in the same name as the cancelled stay (otherwise contact us)
When making payment, choose the “credit” payment method.
– Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will deduct your credit from the amount of your new reservation.
– Then, to validate your booking, an e-mail will be sent to you with the amount still to be paid.
